Upper East Coast Submerged Aquatic Vegetation Monitoring

E Sciences, as a subconsultant, was responsible for the bi-monthly collection of biological monitoring data from near coastal marine sites along the upper east coast of Florida. This work was conducted under contract to the South Florida Water Management District, as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan to quantify changes in salinity, submerged aquatic vegetation distribution, community structure and viability, and water quality patterns within systems in the Southern Indian River Lagoon, St. Lucie Estuary, and Lake Worth Lagoon.
